Yes, it is possible that you can file your Form 1065 online via the IRS's modernized e-File (MeF) system. The IRS has approved many tax providers to file their Form 1065 and send their returns electronically. However, if your partnership is more than 100, it is mandatory to file Form 1065. You can also use online free filing services, which have lower fees, and you will have a comfortable and easy process.

Yes, you can file 1065 yourself by filling out a physical form and mailing it, or through tax software. If your partnership has more than 100 partners, you must complete the online form by the due date, which is the 15th day of the third month.

Yes, as a small partnership, I can file my Form 1065 myself by simply filling in all the details in the Form 1065, like losses, gains, deductions, credits, income reports, etc. Additionally, a partnership doesn't pay taxes on its income but passes to other entities any profits and losses on a Schedule K-1.
